Crime and Punishment: Who Framed Raskolnikov? is new hidden object game based on the popular all over the world novel of 19th century - "Crime and punishment" by famous Russian writer Dostoevsky. In this game you'll act as two detectives of GIA (Genius Intelligence Agency) - Kat and Alex. Their Professor gives them an extraordinary task: to go back in time and investigate the motives of the most mysterious crimes of 19th century. An old lady, who made her wealth as a pawnbroker, was killed by former student Rodion Raskolnikov. It is definitely known that the murder was committed by an axe. It’s up to find the other details of this strange case. You are going to use the time machine, so choose 1866, put on appropriate clothes and let the journey start.

After thorough examination of Rodion’s house you’ve found the bill of debt in which it’s told that he left a deposit with the old woman. It’s time to visit her! After small talk and little survey in her house we find out that the old woman is not so poor as she pretended to be and that Rodion was in her apartment to drop off the paper. But now he left for a pub. And again you’ll travel around 19^th century St. Petersburg, this time on the carriage harnessed with horses.  Use the latest technologies from the distant future to find out the motives to crime. Go to the fortuneteller who can help you to find out more about Rodion’s thoughts and to get to the main reason of the future crime! Who was that strange person that pushed him to this awful deed?
