This story goes back to the times when the emperor of Xian was extremely powerful and cruel. That was very hard time – lots of people have been abused, many of them where pleaded guilty just for nothing and putted into the jail. One day our main heroine Yu was buying food on the market when suddenly saw two guardians. At first she thought that they were going to catch her – as she was the member of Yan Rebellion – but then understood that guards were chasing a young guy. He was yelling at the guardsmen saying he was the rightful ruler, the real emperor. After several glances at him our young rebellion understood that it was her childhood friend Zihao. Before he was dragged away, Zihao dropper an ornate piece of jade. The second piece of jade he presented to Yu in their childhood and they lost each other after that. This has come as blow to Yu and she quickly sets out to find her friend and learn the truth.

Shaolin Mystery: Tale of the Jade Dragon Staff is very good mix of several hidden object genres. You could find quest elements and will restore items by its parts as well as play just ordinary hidden object mini-games.
