No oneknows where the drop between reality and fantasy is situated. Secrets of ourworld are a dark page of the ancient book called “Life on the Earth”. Feelingourselves far away from the mystery, we can hardly imagine that it is too closeto us. Artogon presents you the second part of the fabulous hidden object/adventure game TreasureSeekers. The new game Treasure Seekers:The Enchanted Canvases will deep you into unreal adventures and show youhow fascinating computer game could be.

First partof Treasure Seekers told us a story about two children who are investigatingsome mysterious cases. Now the children have become adults and even if theydon’t look for adventures, adventures continue looking for them. This time Tomhas gotten trapped in an enigmatical castle in Hungary and his sister Nellydecides to rescue him even if this travel might be very difficult. Travel withNelly and come through six paintings in the castle to find Tom.

TreasureSeekers: The Enchanted Canvases offers you two modes to play. You can play Casualmode, what means more relaxing and easy play. “Skip Puzzle” and “Hint” buttonscharge more quickly. The second mode is called Advanced and everything in thismode is contrary. You are playing as Nelly, so you must do everything that possible to rescue Tom. Your main task is to find objects and use them in theproper way. Usually you are finding items and some of them become yourinventory. For example, you will find a magic carpet, but you can’t use it becauseof holes in it, so, first you need carpet to be repaired with needles. Thisgame is interesting due to interaction of all players’ action; you feel thateverything is addicted to your operations.

The game isnot time-limited. There is a hint that is rechargeable. In the game there is alot of various inventory and what is more, this inventory is connected with thegame-play. Also, this game has a so-called “key object”. It is a circle withfive or six small cells, which need to be fulfilled with some items that aredrown in it. This circle appears when you click on some items and works like aprompt for finding other necessary items.

One moreinteresting point of this game is its mini-games which are always very suitablefor the game-play and rather hard. For example, you need to match pairs ofbutterflies. I’m sure that you will enjoy mini-games, even in case if some ofthem can be solved only by mistakes. You can do errors and do not think aboutconsequences. If you are not in a good mood for solving some difficult tasks,all mini-games can be skipped.

TreasureSeekers: The Enchanted Canvases is various not only in inventory, but in thelevels too. This game has a big amount of different rooms to visit. So, onelevel doesn’t mean one room and during it you will play in different roomsuntil your work will be done. Inside each painting you will travel from room toroom to find necessary tools to open the next door. It was a nice idea to createits own story for each painting.

Graphics ofthe Treasure Seekers is so fascinating that I have no idea how to say it in fewwords. I was really amazed by all effects that were made with the help of highlevel of graphics. Even small details were looking like real.

All thisfeatures of this game were supported by calm and suitable music, which broughtsome mystery to the game. All sound effects are very pleasant and notirritating.

TreasureSeekers: The Enchanted Canvases is an interesting game which can be played byeveryone who likes hidden object or adventure games. The game is rather short,but if you won’t skip mini-games, the game will last for six hours. This hiddenobject game looks like a real story because of its graphic and variety ofinventory. Well-designed and challenging games can become legends in the worldof computer games, so I think you should be ready to face a real hit!
